Plan For The Weather

It is critical to the success of your event that you plan for the weather accordingly and always have a backup plan.  If you are having an event in the winter, make sure that it is indoors with enough heat circulating to make everyone comfortable.  If you are a planning a summer event outdoors, make sure there are enough shady areas for people to cook off and relax.
